• You are responsible for verifying results for academic or professional use
• Use of this App for academic dishonesty violates these Terms and your institution's policies

3. Subscription and Payments

3.1 Free Features

The App offers limited free features including:

• Limited daily scans
• Basic AI tutor access
• Formula reference
• Basic calculators

3.2 Premium Subscription

Premium subscription provides unlimited access to all features:

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

3.3 Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. For refunds, please contact Apple Support or request a refund through your App Store purchase history.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Submit illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Use automated systems to access the App (scraping, bots)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage or overburden our services

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

The App, its design, features, and content are owned by Statistics AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

5.2 Your Content

When you submit images or messages:

• You retain ownership of your original content
• You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service
• Your content is processed in real-time and not stored (see Privacy Policy)
• You represent that you have the right to submit such content

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our App uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate solutions:

• AI responses are generated automatically and may contain errors
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
• Solutions are provided for educational purposes and should be verified
• You should not rely solely on AI-generated solutions for academic submissions or professional work
• We are not liable for any consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated content

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of results

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Statistics AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding any claim
• We are not liable for any academic, professional, or personal consequences resulting from use of the App

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Statistics AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third party's rights
• Content you submit through the App

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or third parties
• Is harmful to us or our services

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

For users on Apple devices:

• These Terms are between you and Statistics AI, not Apple Inc.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
• Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms
• You must comply with applicable App Store terms when using the App
